Polaris is looking for a systems-minded designer to own major journeys across member and care-team experiences. You will simplify difficult decisions without flattening the human context behind them.
What you’ll do
- Lead discovery, prototyping, and delivery for a core member journey.
- Work closely with clinical partners and members during research.
- Evolve an accessible design system used across multiple products.
- Use qualitative and quantitative signals to improve shipped work.
