Your mission
You will shape the systems behind Nova’s climate intelligence platform and work directly with product, design, and earth-science teams. This is a high-agency role for an engineer who cares equally about architecture and the experience at the edge of it.
What you’ll do
- Set technical direction for a core product area and make pragmatic architecture decisions.
- Turn complex scientific workflows into resilient, approachable product experiences.
- Raise the quality bar through thoughtful reviews, mentoring, and operational ownership.
- Partner with customers and domain experts to understand where software can create leverage.
